Sales Trainer
The pay range for this position is $49,920-$124,162. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location. JM&A Group is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs that drive performance across automotive sales, service, and F&I. This role partners closely with dealership leadership to identify skill gaps and implement strategic learning solutions that fuel growth. Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging training sessions in-person, virtually, and through blended formats. Develop and deliver content focused on sales, service, and F&I within the automotive industry. Collaborate with dealership leadership to assess needs and implement tailored training strategies. Track and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback. Continuously enhance training content by staying informed on industry trends and adult learning best practices. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales training or enablement, preferably in automotive sales, service, or F&I. Prior experience in retail automotive sales or service required. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to deliver training that drives measurable sales improvement. Willingness to travel 100%, including domestic and possible international travel.
