Kleen Test Products Corporation is seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Director of Manufacturing to lead operations across multiple KTP facilities. This role is ideal for a high-performance manufacturing leader with a proven track record in high-speed and regulated manufacturing environments, labor management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will champion accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll lead by examplecoaching your teams, solving problems side-by-side on the floor, and making quick, confident decisions to deliver outstanding customer results. Provide strategic direction and daily leadership for all KTP manufacturing facilities. Push production to meet aggressive goals while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Direct scheduling, asset maintenance, and production operations to exceed customer expectations. Hold teams accountable to results through transparent goal setting and performance metrics. Lead and develop high-performing teams; coach and mentor managers and line staff for sustained success. Optimize use of temporary labor resources and build strong onboarding, training, and performance systems. Actively engage on the production floor to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. Champion and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
