Regional Recruiter

We are seeking full-time Regional Recruiters to support a federal customer. The recruiters will serve as an integral extension of the customers talent acquisition team, providing regionally focused recruitment support and outreach across the United States. This is a high-impact, mission-driven opportunity to support the recruitment of qualified candidates into the workforce. Key Responsibilities

Partnering with existing collateral recruiters to expand and strengthen recruitment efforts. Building and maintaining relationships with local: Colleges and universities Military installations Community organizations and career centers Representing customer at hiring events, job fairs, career days, and other recruitment-related activities. Providing direct, on-the-ground support during regional recruitment campaigns. Acting as a liaison within local communities to promote awareness of career opportunities and agency initiatives. Assisting in executing targeted outreach strategies in support of national and regional hiring goals. Regional Assignments

Region 1: Northeast Region

DC, NY, NH, MA, WV, PA Region 2: Midwest Region

MI, IL, OH, MO, NE, MN, IA Region 3: Mountain West Region

AZ, CO Region 4: Southern Region

NC, SC, GA, FL Additional regions will be determined as part of the broader deployment strategy. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or outreach Familiarity with recruiting for law enforcement or federal agencies preferred Experience organizing and attending career fairs, military transition events, or campus recruiting programs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel regionally as needed U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of federal hiring practices and veteran recruitment strategies Experience working with government agencies or large-scale public sector recruitment campaigns Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Benefits at Red Carrot
