Digital Experience Services Office Assistant

The Digital Experience Services Office Assistant will be a vital member of our team, assisting in the daily administration and support within the Digital Experience Services/IT department. This role requires someone who is highly motivated and ambitious with technology, research, creative thinking, and innovation skills. Applicants are expected to be tech-savvy with a knowledge of Microsoft and graphics applications, provide a high level of customer service, demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills, and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Duties and responsibilities include: Assist department leadership with daily duties Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making processes by leadership Create content and design web pages, flyers, emails, signage, etc. Design templates and signs for the ICS digital signage system Manage Appspace (digital signage CMS) Create content or designs for the DxS website Assist with projects and research solutions Performs other related duties as assigned Required qualifications include: Capable of handling multiple tasks Organized and flexible Able to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional and secure manner Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail) Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and programs like Canva, Photoshop, Snagit, Adobe Preferred qualifications include: Strong knowledge of IT concepts, terminology, and processes Design capabilities to assist with flyers, newsletters, etc. Salary information: $13.00 per hour To be considered for this position, please upload the following documents to your application: Resume Cover Letter Applicants should fully describe their qualifications and experience with specific reference to each of the minimum and preferred qualifications.
