Warehouse Management Consultant
Under general supervision, position will support warehouse operations and collaborate with business stakeholders and other consultants to help design, develop, deploy and support solutions in SAP S/4HANA and any associated bolt-ons to meet business unit needs for "Extended Warehouse Management" business processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support configuration, customization and deployment of the S/4HANA IM/EWM solution across various locations, ensuring alignment with global business process. Provide expertise on end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and production logistics (material staging, shop floor inventory, goods issue/receipt). Partner with local business stakeholders to ensure system readiness, fit-gap analysis and testing and validation of enhancements or system upgrades Contribute to process standardization efforts and support labeling and harmonization across sites. Serve as the key business liaison for IM/EWM and provide day-to-day support Monitor daily warehouse activities via the EWM Monitor, RF transactions, and delivery queues. Train new users on warehouse processes, mobile transactions, and exceptions handling. Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and propose improvement ideas. Document SOPs, quick-reference guides, and known issues with resolutions. Familiarity with general Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report and the key integration points.
