Under general supervision, position will support warehouse operations and collaborate with business stakeholders and other consultants to help design, develop, deploy and support solutions in SAP S/4HANA and any associated bolt-ons to meet business unit needs for “Extended Warehouse Management” business processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support configuration, customization and deployment of the S/4HANA IM/EWM solution across various ATEC locations, ensuring alignment with global business process. Provide expertise on end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and production logistics (material staging, shop floor inventory, goods issue/receipt). Partner with local business stakeholders to ensure system readiness, fit-gap analysis and testing and validation of enhancements or system upgrades Contribute to process standardization efforts and support labeling and harmonization across sites. Serve as the key business liaison for IM/EWM and provide day-to-day support Monitor daily warehouse activities via the EWM Monitor, RF transactions, and delivery queues. Train new users on warehouse processes, mobile transactions, and exceptions handling. Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and propose improvement ideas. Document SOPs, quick-reference guides, and known issues with resolutions. Familiarity with general Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report and the key integration points. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years SAP EWM experience Five or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture. Experience working with relational databases. Good personal computer and business solutions software skills. Knowledge of current technological developments and trends in the area of expertise. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years in SAP EWM Other Education and/or Experience Previous Master Data Management experience desired. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Candidate shows a demonstrated track record of training and education to further their skillset in the Master Data space. Salary Range Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $115,000 to $135,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
