Parts forecasting and risk management Oversight of all data activities/analytics Automate reporting build dashboard Summary: The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success. Develop strategies for automating manual processes to improve Mail-In KPI Metrics, including (but not limited to), Turnaround Time, Return Rate, NTF Rate, Repair Bounce, and Net Promoter Score. Identify and develop new business opportunities for revenue/reduced costs and profitability. Develop service strategies, quality improvement plans, cost saving initiatives and budgets. Ensure that customer negotiated commitments are achieved according to plan. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive experience in operations or billing management or a relevant field. Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analysis tools). 3-5 years' experience in a Management Role
