Work You'll Do As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will: Utilize your foundation of the SDLC to conduct requirements sessions with stakeholders, synthesizing stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow requirements for the technical team Create communications and training materials Run system demos for stakeholders Test system functionality in ServiceNow Serve as an integral part of a larger functional team and collaborate with developers to refine requirements Utilize your foundation of SCRUM methodology to manage requirements in JIRA, actively participate in Sprint Planning, Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice
