LGT Capital Partners (USA) Inc. is the operating arm of LGT Capital Partners Limited in the United States executing a number of investment and client servicing functions, employing approximately 80 people. The company is expanding and looking to add a highly-motivated Administrative Assistant to join the Administrative team. This role will be based in our New York, NY office. Primary Functions of the Executive Administrative Assistant role include: Administrative support to Multi-Alternatives/Liquids team and Business Development Team Managing calendars and schedules for team, including booking virtual and in person meetings Regular travel and expense report preparation Arrange and coordinate international & domestic travel for team members Coordination of catering for onsite meetings Heavy international & domestic travel arrangement General support for New York office administrative needs Annual support of holiday card and gift distributions (LGT CP and LGT CP USA) Requirements
Bachelor Degree Quick learner, meticulous, detail-oriented Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Professional demeanor & phone manner Proven organizational skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize heavy workload Eager to be part of a strong and supportive Administrative team Good team player who can also function independently Energetic, flexible, and capable of working under time constraints Ability to work with colleagues at other global offices of the firm, and to manage communications and schedules accordingly Legally authorized to work in the United States Contact Information
