We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support Petfolk's Co-Chief Executive Officer & Founder. This role is instrumental in enabling the Co-CEO to operate efficiently and effectively by ensuring that logistics, scheduling, and communications are handled with precision. The position requires a high level of discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and detail-orientedsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings professionalism and calm to every interaction. This is an in-person role based in New York City. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate complex scheduling across both professional and personal calendars Organize all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation Prepare and submit expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements Act as a liaison between the Co-CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the business Provide personal assistance, including managing family-related logistics, appointments, and errands Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for board meetings and other high-level engagements Manage the day-to-day operations of Petfolk's New York office, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office organization Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively identify and address potential issues Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters Qualifications: 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in a high-growth, multi-faceted organization Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to work flexible hours and be available outside of standard business hours as needed Technologically proficient; comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and travel/expense platforms Compensation & Benefits: The base salary range for this role is $90,000
$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
