We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician for our Powertrain Arizona Manufacturing department. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. You Will: Day-to-day coverage of the production line, including rapid response of out-of-control processes Investigate and identify defects using test data Support the implementation of process changes to improve process and product yield Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure quality Troubleshoot and implement process improvements for laser cleaning, wedge tool wear, torque, dispense, etc. Provide inputs for process enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvements Data collection and analysis for process control and quality assurance Support program adjustments based on data analysis You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience working within automotive or manufacturing Hands-on troubleshooting skills for resolving equipment issues, tool wear, or process inefficiencies Ability to review programs, make adjustments, and provide inputs for process enhancements Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills Ability to use measurement devices such as multimeters, calipers, microscopes, etc. Availability for occasional off-hours calls Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude Comfortable with initiating and taking ownership of projects Experience creating tables and charts for data analysis At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
