The Electrical & Instrumental (E&I) Technician is critical in ensuring our machinery is working in top condition, enhancing our operational efficiency, and maintaining our reputation for quality. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record of repairing and maintaining electrical controls, instrumentation, and electronic equipment. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is part of the Maintenance Department, located in Pensacola, Florida, and will be an on-site role. Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems, including sensors, control systems, and electrical components. Perform calibration and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability. Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and performance. Provide training and support to other staff members on the proper use and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Documentation, Compliance, and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and system upgrades. Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance and repair tasks. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Who You Are:

5+ years relevant E&I work experience Must be able to perform PLC troubleshooting and program documentation maintenance, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) installation and troubleshooting, and maintain, update, and troubleshoot various advanced operator interface equipment. Must be able to adjust or repair electrical and process control instruments on machinery and equipment, and initiate, track, and complete plant electrical project work. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40lbs Ability to stand, squat, and reach for an extended period Ability to work in various industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heat, and confined spaces. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts as needed. It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:

Automotive Industry Associate's degree in electrical and or instrumentation Relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician, ISA Certified Control Systems Technician, NCCER/Certified Plus, etc.) The hourly range for this role is $30 - $35. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
