Gtm Finance Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven GTM Finance Analyst to join our GTM Finance team. This role supports the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our go-to-market teams, including Sales and Customer Success. You will assist in driving data-driven insights, maintaining performance models, and enabling strategic decisions that contribute to revenue growth and efficiency. What You'll Do:
Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes for GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success, and Global Technical Services) Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards for revenue, headcount, and performance analysis Analyze ARR trends and GTM KPIs (e.g., bookings, pipeline, CAC, retention) to identify risks and opportunities Build capacity models to support headcount planning and productivity management Track sales compensation, quota attainment, and sales productivity metrics Partner with GTM teams and prepare performance reporting for leadership Conduct scenario planning and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions Ensure data integrity across financial systems and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan) What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 02 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analytics, or internship experience Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with financial modeling Working knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Effective communicator with intellectual curiosity and business acumen Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have:
Exposure to SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, retention) Familiarity with sales compensation, territory planning, or pipeline analytics Experience with planning tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Mosaic Career Path:
