Live-Out ROTA Nannies Needed
A growing family in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking two superlative live-out ROTA nannies for their 1-year-old, starting mid-August. The schedule will be 1 week on/off, and live-in accommodation will be provided to candidates on duty only. This is a semi-formal household and the family values privacy and professionalism. Candidates should be comfortable signing an NDA. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care for the child, ensuring safety, and well-being Be willing to tag-team/collaborate with mom, who will be around as time permits (she will have less time as they grow their family - they intend to have a second child in due course, so candidates should also be comfortable working autonomously/proactively) All typical nursery duties will apply - keeping play areas tidy, keeping on top of supplies, removing old toys/wardrobe items that no longer fit, etc. Design a schedule of activities (inside and outside the home) that foster creativity, help the child master fine and gross motor skills, language, numbers, etc. Simple, healthy food prep for the child only Travel both domestically and internationally with the family (this is a travel-heavy role) Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience Experience with sleep training is a huge plus Candidates must have a clean driving record and current license and be comfortable driving in LA Candidates should have an educational background in Child Development/ECE or other relevant field Former teachers, Educators, Governesses and seasoned candidates with decades of relevant experience, superlative references and longevity are also welcome to apply Additional skills, such as languages, the ability to play a musical instrument, or specific sports, etc. are highly desirable Requirements
