Merchant Services Team Lead - Onboarding

The Green Pipe team is part of Merchant Operations and plays a critical role in scaling catalog operations through automation. Our team supports high-impact merchant builds by leveraging internal tooling, ML-assisted processes, and bulk automationcreating faster, more accurate, and cost-efficient SKU creation at scale. We partner closely with Engineering, S&O, VMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve catalog quality while reducing manual lift. About the Role

As a Team Lead on the Green Pipe team, you'll lead a team of Specialists responsible for executing and improving our most scalable catalog build workflows. You will drive operational excellence by managing technical tools (e.g., Retool, bulk uploader platforms), implementing quality controls, and improving processes that support merchant builds through Green Pipe. This role is highly cross-functional but not merchant-facingyou'll partner behind the scenes with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations. The Green Pipe Team Lead reports to the Enterprise Catalog Supervisor and will help define best practices for automation-led catalog builds, while also supporting initiatives that unlock new merchant eligibility and system improvements. Team Responsibilities

Process Execution & Improvement Oversee high-volume catalog builds using bulk tools, Python, and advanced GSheet workflows Identify and resolve blockers across data ingestion, automation scripts, or pipeline execution Improve throughput and quality by building SOPs and feedback loops into the process Quality & Technical Support Own end-to-end QA of catalog output using automated and manual audits Partner with Engineering and internal tools teams to troubleshoot bugs and submit feedback that lead to tool optimization Track and improve performance metrics including SLA and accuracy Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as liaison between the Green Pipe team and cross-functional partners including S&O, Vendor Management Ops (VMO), and Engineering Provide insights on tooling gaps, drive continuous improvement, and align on roadmaps You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will
