Warehouseman
Primary Objective: The Warehouseman/Forklift operator pulls orders for outbound shipments, unloads inbound shipments, and puts items from production into the warehouse. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory using our inventory computer system and maintaining a clean warehouse. This is a pivotal role to the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include: Perform general warehouse duties to include pulling orders and preparing for shipment, putting away materials into warehouse, unloading inbound loads, housekeeping, etc. Load/unload trucks using a forklift. Troubleshoot inventory issues. Use handheld scanner to move products and to maintain accurate inventory records. Attention to detail and good time management skills. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Forklift experience. High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate. 1+ years of warehouse experience. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Experience with inventory systems. Able to lift 50 lbs. Use of PPE required: Ear plugs, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc. Moving and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. Walking, standing on concrete. Occasional repetitive movements. Work Environment: Works in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Climate may be cold or hot depending on outside temperature. Exposed to dust, odors, fumes, and noise associated with the extrusion and fabrication manufacturing processes. Pay: $18.50 Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Company Overview Pexco (Parent Company)
