We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Operations FP&A, to join our Off-Road Vehicles Finance team. This role will be responsible for leading key financial processes including consolidation, capital planning, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational finance experience, particularly in manufacturing or plant environments, and will lead a team of one direct report. Strengths in accuracy, communication, problem solving, and flexibility are critical. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial consolidation process across ORV Operations. Manage capital planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. Own planning and variance analysis for manufacturing variance accounts Partner with senior operational leaders on departmental expense planning Oversee inventory analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational goals. Lead and coordinate the month-end close, forecasting, long-range planning (LRP), and budgeting processes in close collaboration with the operations network to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. Partner with plant and operations leadership to drive financial insights and performance improvements. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop one direct report. Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed. Skills & Knowledge

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. 5 years of experience in finance/accounting is required, experience supervising employees a plus. A high level of knowledge of PC applications and mainframe systems is required. AS400/MAPICS and OneStream experience (or similar ERP/Financial planning system) is required. Proven experience working with plant finance teams and operational leaders. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with capital project evaluation and inventory costing methodologies. Experience in plant and cost accounting. MBA or CPA/CMA certification a plus. Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools are a plus. Working Conditions

This role is based out of our Plymouth, MN facility. Operates primarily on site with reasonable flexibility for hybrid work. Minimal travel required (1-2 trips per year), primarily to locations within our Plant network. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $103,000 to $136,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
