Information Systems Analyst
Job Description
Provides ongoing support and maintenance for assigned systems and functional areas, including system testing, deployment, performance monitoring, documentation, issue resolution, upgrade and lifecycle management for the Information Security Team.
Responsibilities
Actively participates in the on-call rotation, which includes 24-hour availability, general working knowledge of most systems, ability to make correct judgement decisions, and working knowledge of operational procedures., Adheres to organizational and departmental policies, procedures and standard work processes., Develops training materials and delivers end-user training in use of systems and related workflows. Coordinates with leadership as needed in the identification of educational needs to improve individual and organizational performance., Logs all calls in the I.S. Department ticket manager and administers needed changes to procedure manuals and other documentation., Maintains a high level of knowledge of assigned systems, applications, processes and procedures in supported functional areas, and evaluates systems functionality and workflows to determine requirements and identify and recommend opportunities for improvement., Provides excellent customer service and timely and professional communications while completing Information System projects, coordinating tasks, providing technical assistance and resolving system issues., Serves as a project resource or team facilitator for information systems projects, process improvement initiatives and other assigned functions.
