Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming internet leads (email, chat, website inquiries, social media messages, etc.).
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers through various digital channels to nurture leads and answer questions.
  • Qualify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Provide detailed product/service information, pricing, and availability.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments (if applicable, e.g., for test drives, product demonstrations).
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and digital sales best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products/services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in internet sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role (1-3 years experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms (CRM, chat software, social media).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Paperwork Processing: Signing and filing necessary documents.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
