Position Title: Travel Coordinator
Location: On-site in Edina, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour

Join our team as a Guest Service Associate, where you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our guests as they prepare for their journeys. What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for guests-answering 30-50 calls per day and assisting with travel bookings and questions.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email with accuracy, urgency, and care.
- Stay informed on international travel requirements using trusted sources like the State Department and travel news outlets.
- Guide guests through the process of securing passports, visas, and other travel documentation.
- Help clients upload and verify personal travel documents.
- Troubleshoot tech and process issues with patience and clarity.
- Provide thoughtful, calm support during escalated situations-always representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience-retail, hospitality, or restaurant backgrounds are a great fit!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, patient demeanor and the ability to de-escalate concerns effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and navigating multiple systems.
- Bonus: Experience working in senior living or retirement communities, especially in a front desk or reception role.
