Customer Service Representative (CSR)

100% Remote Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. Perform
warm transfers , ensuring the receiving agent is briefed on the customer's needs before connecting the call. Navigate CRM and phone systems efficiently while on live calls. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company guidelines. Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote environment. Reliable computer, camera, microphone, and high-speed internet connection. Commitment to working a set Pacific Time schedule. Why You'll Love This Role
