What Youll Do:

n

• WOW every customer with attentive, informed service throughout the repair process
n
• Create detailed, accurate estimates using CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell systems
n
• Follow insurance partner and internal guidelines for documentation and repairs
n
• Develop repair plans in collaboration with production teams
n
• Ensure all scheduling and follow-up communications are completed on time
n
• Support DRP compliance and maintain strong working relationships with insurers
n
• Help drive continuous improvement in workflow and customer satisfaction
n

What You Bring:

n

n
• 13+ years of experience in auto collision estimating or a similar role
n
• Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell required
n
• Working knowledge of DRP processes and insurance guidelines
n
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
