24-hour shifts (8:00 AM 8:00 AM). Covers both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Call ratio: 4:1.
Practice Overview
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Hospital-based consultative care. Patient Demographics:
100% adult patients, 25% geriatric. patients per day (can spike to 30 during COVID).
Conditions Managed:
HIV/AIDS, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infections, bacteremia, and abscesses.
Team:
3 physicians and 1 NP within the group. Participation in Infection Prevention, Infection Control, and Sepsis Programs/Committees.
Support:
EMR: Epic (must have Epic experience).
Requirements
Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Required. Active BLS Required.
Licensure:
Active Indiana License Required at submission.
Experience:
Must be comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Preferred: Local candidates within driving distance. Credentialing Information
