Dietary Manager

Roosmoor Post Acute is looking for a Certified Dietary Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the kitchen. This is a skilled nursing facility that provides food to a variety of patients including a variety of medical diets.Job Duties:Oversee day to day kitchen activities including ordering foodLabel and date all food and demonstrate proper storage techniques (FIFO)Help to Inservice and educate staff on proper handling of foodOversee cleaning schedule and kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and infection control in kitchenManage staffing schedule and oversee employeesMonitor Tray-line Accuracy of ordersOversee skilled nursing state survey processQualifications/Requirements:CDM License or equivalentOne year in skilled nursing or hospital experienceOne year in a manager positionManage a budget and spend down of foodDemonstrate knowledge in computer tray system and softwareTO LEARN MORE - PLEASE APPLY
