To be a leading force for change in the health, economic and social status of our community.SUMMARY: The LISCW is responsible for the delivery of behavioral health services to adults and adolescents seen at DotHouse Health. Working within a multidisciplinary team, in close concert with the Director of BH, psychiatrists, primary care providers, family partners, etc., the LICSW will provide high quality clinical services to adult and adolescent patients who are primary care patients at DotHouse Health. The LICSW will also serve as the clinical supervisor for adult and child BH clinicians seeking licensure in social work and will have the opportunity to get involved in quality improvement and grant-related activities if interested. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:•Provide short and long-term behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of adult and adolescent patients seeking BH services. •Participate in biweekly BH department meetings and quarterly all staff meetings. •Provide goal-focused interventions and care recommendations within the primary care medical home model.•Dedicate 3-4 hours per week providing clinical supervision to adult and child BH clinicians seeking licensure. •Dedicate 1-2 hours per week providing clinical support to visiting interns and supporting the Director of BH foster an environment of growth and learning. RequirementsEducation: Master's level social work degree and License - LICSW; welcome those with public health interest and /or MPH Experience:Demonstrated professional, positive attitude, vision, and understanding of behavioral health integration within the primary care setting. Demonstrated sensitivity to the healthcare needs of underserved and vulnerable populations. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and between all departments.Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a clinician working/training in a multicultural community setting.Must be comfortable providing clinical supervision and oversight to BH clinicians caring for adults and children. Preferred: Experience using EPIC EMR. Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Preference for those who have language capacity in addition to English. Certification/Licensure: Current Massachusetts Licensure (LICSW). CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) certification.Must be proficient and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
