Tiffany Square, a trusted name in long-term care, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and help shape the future of nursing at our facility.Responsibilities:Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.Ensure high standards of resident care and compliance with state/federal regulations.Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.Assist with staff development, training, scheduling, and performance management.Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and resident/family engagement.Qualifications:Current RN license in good standing & CPR CertifiedNursing leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required (preferably in long-term care).Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Passion for excellent resident care and team development.
