Client Service Representative (CSR)

Why This Role Matters
As the face of our hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for each visit. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, playing a crucial role in building trust and creating a welcoming, compassionate environment. The CSR is the central hub of the practice-coordinating communication, appointments, and service delivery to ensure every experience is smooth and supportive.

Schedule & Hours
This is a
full-time position
, working
four days per week
with
every other Saturday
required.
Hospital hours are:
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with client check-in/check-out
Place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective client outreach
Explain fees, process payments, and promote services and products
Educate clients on general animal care topics such as flea & tick prevention and pet wellness
Maintain accurate medical records and manage correspondence
Keep the facility clean and organized, including routine maintenance and sanitation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A passion for animals and commitment to excellent client service
Previous customer service or veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
