Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler for a manufacturing facility in New Berlin, WI. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to specifications and work instructions

Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of assembled products

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or schematics

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions or blueprints

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
