Assembler – Electromechanical Production
Location: Washington, PA |Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are hiring skilled Assemblers to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, organized facility where your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will directly contribute to the production of high-quality electromechanical units.
What You’ll Do
Interpret shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Manufacturing
Perform precise electrical connections and mechanical assembly
Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to modify and assemble components
Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
Label and mark parts, and test completed units to meet specifications
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction
Comfortable using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
Strong work ethic and desire to grow in a production environment

Weekend Night: Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Casual dress code: jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toe shoes
Orientation hosted at the Aerotek office
Work Environment
Join a team of over 200 employees in a spacious, well-maintained facility. Assembly stations are spaced for comfort and safety, and cross-training across departments is encouraged to support your growth.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00/hr.
