Services include Residential, Behavior Support, Support Coordination and Recreation. We have seen great growth in the past few years, which has stretched our coverage area to include Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth & Ocean counties. is currently looking to hire a
part-time, Spanish Bilingual Support Coordinator .
Support Coordinators
make it their mission to ensure individuals seeking services are matched to the appropriate service provider.
Role of a Support Coordinator:
Investigates and develops community based resources for clients
Develops and monitors client Service Plans (NJISP)
Engages in monthly, quarterly and annual contact with clients as required
Provides documentation related to billing
Maintains contact with external agencies providing direct services to clients on caseload
Maintains electronic records via the irecord and internal agency databases

Qualifications:
BA & 1 year of experience working with adult (18 or older) individuals with developmental disabilities required
Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen
Clear tuberculosis screening
A valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in the last 3 years
Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Positive Behavioral Support Training
Training:
All employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis
Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting
