We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and providing effective solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer needs efficiently
- Process service requests, work orders, and follow-ups

Qualifications
