Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for service-related communications Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and property managers to ensure timely responses Monitor, document, and follow up on service requests and maintenance tickets Provide clear and professional communication to clients regarding service timelines and resolutions Analyze recurring service issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency Prepare regular reports on service communication outcomes and performance Ensure compliance with internal communication standards and protocols Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication workflows
