Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires strong Agile program management experience, with the ability to drive team objectives and manage cross-team dependencies.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Drive Agile team objectives by facilitating planning, execution, and delivery aligned with program goals and PI (Program Increment) commitments.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating issues as needed to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, particularly around data privacy and security.
- Track and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with project plans.
- Generate metrics-driven insights to monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Agile project or program management within technical environments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional Agile teams and deliver metrics-driven insights to support execution and delivery.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards in large-scale enterprise environments.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
