Le Sud, a modern Mediterranean kitchen known for its refined dishes and warm hospitality, is hiring a Sous Chef to help lead our back-of-house team.
We’re looking for someone who brings discipline, creativity, and accountability — and is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including prep, line execution, and expediting
• Uphold Le Sud’s standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Support Chef de Cuisine in inventory, ordering, and recipe adherence
• Train, coach, and lead line/prep cooks by example
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• A deep understanding of Mediterranean flavors and seasonal cooking
• Calm, focused energy under pressure — especially during busy services
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and communication
• Strong commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism
