Expectations and Tasks: Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Demonstrate full responsibility for tasks, ensuring high quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure success. Enhance skills beyond core focus and assist with other tasks for team benefit. If acting as Scrum Master, promote and support Scrum practices, facilitate Scrum events, coach the team, and remove impediments. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field plus six (6) years of experience, or a Master's degree plus four (4) years of experience. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Experience in the following for at least four (4) years: J2EE, Struts, Java, or Apache Tomcat SQL Server and PL/SQL JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Less, AJAX, JSON SOAP and REST Web services Experience in the following for at least three (3) years: JUnit/Unit testing Agile methodology and understanding business requirements Additional Information: This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program, subject to eligibility criteria outlined in the SAP Internal Employee Referral Policy.
