Lead Project Manager for Data Center Design Execution

About the Role:
As a Lead Project Manager for Data Center Design Execution, you will be at the forefront of coordinating the design process from initial campus planning through to the delivery of construction drawings. You will lead a team of internal and external design professionals, ensuring a seamless execution aligned with our goals. What You'll Do: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. Guide design reviews in collaboration with external partners. Organize large-scale workshops as necessary to drive project progress. Draft scopes of work for contracts and achieve consensus from internal stakeholders. Issue and manage contracts effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Define and monitor key deliverables from all parties involved. Track costs, schedules, and overall project progress to maintain alignment with project objectives. Provide clear health reporting on cost, schedule, and scope to stakeholders. Build optimal design teams leveraging both internal and external resources for project execution. Manage changes in project scope and design contracts with precision. Facilitate technical decisions that align with project requirements. Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction teams to enhance collaboration. Ensure timely issuance of engineering information to all relevant parties. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are advantageous. Experience in data center design and/or construction is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in design project management is required. Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is preferred. General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with the ability to read architectural drawings. Strong analytical and judgment skills to navigate information effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform complex calculations and financial assessments. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will consolidate into a global entity. Initial employment may be with CBRE Project Management, transitioning to the new entity. Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $195,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance. Benefits:
