Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Enterprise Architects to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.
Position Summary: EES is seeking Enterprise Architects at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles are responsible for driving solution architecture, ensuring technical consistency, and overseeing subcontractor technical activities to align with FAA enterprise goals.
Qualifications:
Journeyman:
Education: BS/BA Experience: 5-7 years
Senior:
Education: BS/BA Experience: 8-11 years
SME:
Education: BS/BA Experience: 12+ years
Experience in enterprise-level solution architecture and systems integration Ability to ensure technical consistency across large-scale modernization efforts Familiarity with FAA systems, standards, and operational environments Strong understanding of system interoperability, scalability, and performance optimization Experience overseeing subcontractor technical activities and deliverables Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the development and validation of enterprise architecture strategies Ensure alignment of technical solutions with FAA modernization goals Provide oversight of subcontractor technical activities and ensure compliance with standards Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure cohesive system design Support documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of architectural practices
