Your responsibilities include:
Engaging in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing operations.
Utilizing modern technologies to address complex challenges at scale, ensuring solutions can handle diverse workflows and comply with country-specific regulations.
Automating business processes in a mostly server-less environment with cutting-edge AWS services to enhance user experience.
Innovating and challenging the status quo to implement scalable services that support hundreds of thousands of global Amazonians in real-time.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure robust application development on AWS infrastructure.
Designing and writing high-quality code, building CI/CD pipelines, and establishing monitoring dashboards for system health.
Mentoring junior team members and championing engineering excellence within the organization.
In this role, you will lead efforts to advance Amazon's talent acquisition technology. Your focus will be on developing scalable, flexible solutions with low latency, directly impacting our ability to attract top talent worldwide.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in design or architecture of systems.
Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
