You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain innovative services that support our global recruitment strategies. This role involves creating scalable, high-performance products, diagnosing complex issues, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding software solutions that enhance Amazon's capacity to hire top talent worldwide. Workforce Solutions (WS) empowers our customers by delivering people-focused solutions that streamline hiring processes for various sectors, including Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. We are committed to enhancing the employee lifecycle and experience, focusing on efficiency and transparency in career mobility and workforce engagement. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years focused on designing and architecting systems, addressing reliability and scalability. Proficient in at least one programming language. 3+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.
