What you'll do
Lead healthcare architecture & interior-design projects from kickoff through close-out—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and stellar relationships.
Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, driving cohesive, efficient delivery and regulatory compliance.
Proactively identify risks, present solutions, and keep everyone aligned through clear meetings, presentations, and status updates.
Mentor junior teammates and contribute to firmwide healthcare-design thought leadership.
What you'll bring
Degree
in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
5 + years
managing healthcare facilities projects plus proficiency with Revit/BIM and PM software.
credentials
– PMP, AIA, or NCIDQ certification are a plus.
