Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Client: Our client is a globally recognized financial services group with an established IT hub in Singapore supporting mission-critical systems for capital markets. They are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their technology team and drive automation and reliability across the development and deployment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Automate CI/CD pipelines and support environment provisioning Manage and maintain development, testing, and production environments Develop tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and system operations Collaborate with developers and infrastructure engineers to ensure smooth delivery Implement observability and monitoring solutions for system performance Participate in root cause analysis and proactively resolve issues Document processes and contribute to DevOps best practices Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles Strong background in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes Experience with scripting languages: Python, Shell, PowerShell Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux environments and relational databases Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, MQ, and Elastic Search Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration Background in financial systems or capital markets is a plus Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
