Functional Description: Leads development and implementation of advanced techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into actionable insights using data-oriented programming and visualization software. Oversees data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets. Guides visualization, interpretation, and reporting of data findings, ensuring clear communication of insights. May oversee creation of dynamic data reports to support strategic decision-making. Supports and mentors junior staff and collaborates with senior team members to enhance project outcomes.
