Functional Description:
Leads the development and implementation of advanced techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into actionable insights using data-oriented programming and visualization software.
Oversees the application of data mining, data modeling, natural processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
Guides the visualization, interpretation, and reporting of data findings, ensuring clear communication of insights.
May also oversee the creation of dynamic data reports to support strategic decision-making.
Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Required Experience:
At least seven years’ experience performing duties in the functional description
AND
meets the CSWF Training qualification
OR
At least seven years’ experience performing duties in the functional description
AND
meets the CSWF Certification qualification
