Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. As soon as an employee enters a customer facility, they touch one of these applications which are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. Primary responsibility will be to support an existing development team building performance-monitoring solutions for the Government enterprise systems. The candidate will integrate open source and COTS products in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications. Position leverages the Jenkins automated execution architecture for automated performance checks. Leveraging Ansible automation for building production environment Instrument different environments in order to capture performance metrics and will build software leveraging REST APIs to automate the capture of metrics. Utilize Elastic stack to store performance metrics and develop visualizations of the performance metrics. Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering. Sixteen (16) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience with Python, R, Java, JavaScript, or Perl programming Familiarity with web application technologies (e.g., html, JavaScript, web servers, and application servers) Desired: Experience with AWS Cloud Experience with Ansible or Terraform Experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) Experience with Jenkins Experience with Selenium Experience with Cisco AppDynamics Experience with MicroFocus Business Service Management (BSM) tool suite: MicroFocus SiteScope MicroFocus Operations Bridge/Operations Manager I (OMi) Key Technologies: Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Perl UNIX Windows Cisco AppDynamics AWS Cloud MicroFocus Business Service Management tool suite Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) The estimated salary range for this position is between $200,000-$265,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual's education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
