In this role, you will:
Operate autonomously, delivering impactful projects that span team and cross-team initiatives.
Engage with various teams to understand their requirements and facilitate system integration.
Drive the design of components and services that introduce new features and capabilities.
Prepare detailed estimates for upcoming deliverables and document proposed solutions.
Review code from fellow engineers and write well-structured, optimized code.
Conduct root cause analysis on operational events and provide regular project updates to leadership and team members.
This position does require participation in on-call responsibilities, typically one week every 4-5 weeks.

The Demand Science Optimization (DSO) team specializes in building innovative supply chain software systems that leverage Machine Learning (ML/AI/LLM) for inventory management challenges related to devices. Our mission is to achieve high levels of automation to facilitate crucial decisions on pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, and resource allocation. By doing so, we enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and direct our expertise toward strategic initiatives with lasting benefits.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems (non-internship)
Proficient in at least one programming language
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of complete software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
