As a Senior Software Engineer for Cinder, you will:
Collaborate with teams across the organization to create robust and scalable solutions.
Drive design, development, and ongoing improvement of our ad-serving systems through your contributions and leadership.
Invent and implement initiatives aimed at simplifying systems, reducing costs, and enhancing reliability.
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of delivering results in an ad exchange environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across various levels.
Basic qualifications include:
6+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years proficient in programming with at least one language.
Experience leading design and architecture of scalable systems.
Comprehensive understanding of the full software development life cycle, including standards and operations.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years programming with modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
Experience in building complex software systems for customer delivery.
Expertise in high-performance, highly-available distributed systems in UNIX environments.
