Job Description IT Systems Analysts are responsible for application support and implementation within the Information Services Department. They will enhance computer operational skills, perform application diagnostics and troubleshooting, and apply software fixes or perform upgrades to existing systems. IT Systems Analysts must demonstrate an understanding of backup and recovery methods, general operating system functionality, and change control processes. Required Qualifications: Understanding of Microsoft Azure and virtualized environments Understanding of Windows/Linux/Apple operating systems Experience with Microsoft 365 Web-based and PowerShell Administration Understanding of networking and firewalls Experience with technical writing and documentation Scripting experience (PowerShell and Linux/Unix) Experience within Azure Azure Purview/Security and Compliance Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE About Syneren: Syneren is an award-winning, CMMI Level 3 certified, high-quality provider of technology solutions for the government as well as commercial sectors.
