IT & Data Systems Analyst

with a focus on

Focus: Data, AI, Automation + Endpoint & Help Desk Support

data operations, automation, and AI technologies .

The ideal candidate is eager to help scale enterprise IT operations while also contributing to data-driven solutions, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting the use of generative AI in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Data, Automation & AI Enablement Support data-driven initiatives, including collecting, structuring, and reporting on IT metrics and operational data. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and automation tools. Collaborate with leadership on pilots or use cases involving Generative AI, especially within secure environments. Help operationalize and document AI and data solutions, tools, and best practices across departments. Endpoint Management & IT Administration Administer Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Entra, Intune, Teams, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, Purview, and Sentinel. Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune, including compliance policies, device baselines, and application management. Oversee workstation builds, imaging, deployment, and hardware lifecycle management. Help Desk & Technical Support Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for users—both remote and onsite—including system issues, software installs, and network troubleshooting. Escalate and resolve complex support issues with vendors or internal SMEs as needed. Document IT procedures, SOPs, and support playbooks. Security, Compliance & Operational Excellence Support ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 compliance initiatives by following IT standards, policies, and documentation requirements. Apply system/application patches and assist in vulnerability management using CVSS or other frameworks. Participate in change control processes and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Requirements: Required Qualifications: 2+ years in IT administration, help desk, or endpoint management roles. Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune. Interest and/or exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI tools (formal experience not required). Ability to script or willingness to learn (PowerShell or Python preferred). Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. Familiarity with Power BI, Splunk, MySQL, or similar data/reporting tools. Demonstrated interest in emerging tech — especially automation, AI, or machine learning. Understanding of ITIL, ISO 27001, or other IT

governance/compliance
