Data Analyst (Finance) (4 months)

Lead the team in understanding business requirements by reviewing business cases, requests, and data visualizations. Analyze data to uncover patterns and provide insights that support informed decision-making. Translate analytical insights into actionable business processes by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Propose, build, and implement data processing models, delivering clear and explainable outcomes that support operational efficiency and key distribution compensation strategies. Evaluate current and new processes for potential migration, ensuring consistent, accurate, and comprehensive data aggregation and reporting. Design, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for business units using available data tools, ensuring timely access to relevant insights. Oversee end-to-end business-as-usual (BAU) activities, ensuring data validations align with business rules and are completed accurately and on time. Act as the Finance Operations lead or representative for compensation-related systems and tools, including new system implementations, migrations, and changes in data structure or databases.
