Business Analyst (Insurance Compensation) - Contract

Provide day-to-day support for partnership compensation processes. Work with IT and stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure smooth rollouts. Coordinate with teams to deliver marketing allowances and super bonuses on time. Handle compensation-related inquiries from various stakeholders. Review and apply business rules for distribution compensation. Check and verify the accuracy of system-generated commission reports. Use queries to extract commission data for analysis and validation. Ensure correct implementation of commission logic and mapping. Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) results and general ledger (GL) postings Generate billing files and process journal entries using Alteryx. Reconcile commission reports, summaries, and other related payouts.
